The study on the need of Intelligent user assistance system Audiovisual equipment in the classroom using augmented reality technology

Intelligent user assistance system Audiovisual equipment in the classroom using augmented reality technology that will be developed is a system that works in the form of a Mobile application with results reported in the form of a Dashboard, which consists of 5 components: 1. Audiovisual repair system. 2. Chatbot system. 3. Training 4. Assistance tracking system. 5. Dashboard reporting system.
The results of 25 respondents were divided into 2 groups: A lecturer group of 17 people and a group of 8 officers. Overall, the needs were at the highest level (x̄= 4.60) The assessment was divided into 3 three aspects include 1) the system requirements side Overall, there are needs at the highest level (x̄= 4.56) 2) Environmental needs Overall, there are needs at the highest level (x̄= 4.67) 3) In terms of expected results Overall, there are needs at the highest level (x̄= 4.61). When considering each group of executives, it is found that lecturer group Environmental needs Overall, there are needs at the highest level (x̄= 4.59). The system requirements side and in terms of expected results Overall, there are needs at the high level (x̄= 4.47, x̄= 4.49 respectively). Officer group, it is found that all 3 sides, there are needs at the highest level (x̄= 4.73, x̄= 4.59, x̄= 4.88 respectively). Where both groups have specific system needs that tend to be consistent. The topic of the system must be information security. System for reporting problems using audio equipment most in demand.
