Submission Guideline
General Guideline
Our journal uses a format similar to IEEE's general format, including citation styles. However, there are some minute differences, so please make sure you check with the official formatting guideline. The manuscript should be entirely in proper English. Manuscripts in difference languages will be asked to be rewritten in English before being reviewed. While manuscripts will not be rejected solely due to bad English, authors may be asked to revise multiple times before/during the reviewing process, causing a significant delay in publication.

Abstract—The abstract should be limited to a maximum of 250 words. Refer to the provided instructions for guidance on preparing submissions for the International Journal of Digital Media Technology and Design (IJDMD). If you are utilizing Microsoft Word 2019 or a later version, you can employ this document as a formatting template. Alternatively, use this document as a set of instructions. It is important to note that the IJDMD will perform further formatting on the electronic version of your paper. When composing paper titles, use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, rather than all uppercase. While it is preferable to include authors' full names in the author field, it is not obligatory. The abstract must offer a succinct yet comprehensive overview of the article's content. Specifically, it should stand alone without abbreviations, footnotes, or references, encapsulating the essence of the full article. Its length should range between 150 and 250 words, presented in a single paragraph. Ensure that the abstract is both well-written and grammatically accurate.

I. INTRODUCTION
This document is a template for Microsoft Word 2019 or later. If you are reading a paper or PDF version of this document, please download the electronic file from the IJDMD Web site so you can use it to prepare your manuscript. The LaTeX version is still unavailable but we’re working hard on it.
II. Guidelines For Manuscript Preparation
For simplicity, you can copy sections and headers, rename sections, and type over sections of this document. If you’re familiar with Microsoft Word styles, you can highlight a section that you want to designate with a certain style, and then select the appropriate name on the style menu. The style will adjust your fonts and line spacing. Do not change the font sizes or line spacing to squeeze more text into a limited number of pages. Use italics for emphasis; do not underline.
IJDMD will do the final formatting of your paper. The paper must be 8-10 pages, including references.
A. Abbreviations and Acronyms
Introduce abbreviations and acronyms upon their initial use in the manuscript, even if they have been previously defined in the abstract. Standard abbreviations like AI, SI, AC, and DC do not require redefinition. Avoid using abbreviations in the title unless absolutely necessary, such as "IJDMD" in the title of this article.
B. Other Recommendations
Ensure proper punctuation usage throughout the manuscript. Place a single space after periods and colons. When dealing with complex modifiers, hyphenate them accordingly. It is recommended to employ Oxford commas. Make sure numbers and units are clear; for instance, utilize a leading zero before decimal points (e.g., "0.74" instead of ".74"). When denoting a range of values, employ "1 to 5" or "1-5."
Should you choose, you have the option to write in the first person, whether singular or plural, and utilize the active voice. For instance, you can say, "I observed that..." or "We observed that..." instead of "It was observed that..."
Remember to meticulously review your manuscript. If English is not your native language, consider having a native English-speaking colleague carefully proofread your paper.
C. Math
Use the Microsoft Equation Editor or the MathType add-on for equations in your paper. Do not use “Float over text.” Avoid using embedded mathematical expressions as images.
III. Guidelines for Graphics Preparation
A. Figures
All figures must be least 600dpi and must be properly labeled to avoid confusion. Axes must be labeled using full words and units to describe what they mean. Acronyms are permitted only when properly defined.
B. Referencing a Figure or Table
When referencing your figures and tables within your paper, use “Figure” and “Table.” Do not abbreviate. Tables should be numbered with Roman Numerals.
IV. Conclusion
The inclusion of a conclusion section is not mandatory. While a conclusion could potentially summarize the primary aspects of the paper, it should avoid duplicating the abstract's content. Instead, a conclusion can delve into the significance of the research or propose potential applications and avenues for future expansion.
V. Acknowledgment
The acknowledgement section is not required. Any acknowledgement to financial sponsors should be mentioned here.
VI. References
IJDMD uses IEEE style references. For in-text references, use the IEEE style such as “The result of several studies such as [3], [4], and [5] supported this claim.” Please do not use automatic endnotes in Word, rather, type the reference list at the end of the paper using the “References” style.
